Cubus has a comprehensive suite of software solutions for credit unions. Their goal is to “make banking easy” for credit union members. Unfortunately, Cubus software demos were hours long, and keeping credit union staff engaged and following along with the many features and applications was challenging. I helped them develop a day-in-the-life story of Danielle, a fictional credit union member whose ability to perform remote banking transactions throughout her day served as a fun narrative structure.
